AvoMango Toast is going to be your new favorite way of eating Avocado Toast. It is tangy, spicy, and has soft and crunchy texture. I am a huge fan of Avocado Toast and I love to dress it up in different ways. The tangy raw mango along with crunchy onions adds on to the smooth texture of the Avocado. The chutney adds the right amount of spice and honey balances the flavors. The Toast tastes so refreshing and definitely worth trying.
How to pick and store Avocado?
It can get confusing when buying Avocados so here are my tips:
- If you plan to use the Avocado in 3-4 days you can get an Avocado that is in between bright and dark green and let it sit with onions or in a brown paper bag to get ripe
- If you plan on using avocado after 1 week get a green avocado and you can let it ripe outside
- To use the avocado same day then get a dark color avocado and touch to see if it is soft but not too soft
- Once the Avocado is soft you can place in refrigerator so it has a longer shelf life
- Avoid buying avocados that are too mushy are they are over ripe and may be dark from inside
- To store an open Avocado, you can wrap with the Saran Wrap and with the pit and when using slice the top and the layer underneath should be good to use
