Avocado Basket Chaat

Avocado Basket Chaat was a big hit in my Diwali party last weekend. I knew I had to re make and share the recipe. It’s a simple chaat that comes together quickly and it is vegan. I got the baskets form Patel Brothers and it can easily be replaced with chaat papdi or canapés that is available in India.
When I asked my friends, how did it taste they said it is super refreshing. The tomatoes, onions and raw mango add a good crunch and it tastes just perfect without chutneys. You can make the filling ahead of time and just assemble when guests arrive. Trust me, they will be asking for more like my friends did.
