The crunch and flavor in every bite will always want you to eat more. Checkout this quick and easy recipe for Paneer Pakoda that is healthy as well as so delicious.
Dish History:
Pakodas or Pakoras are deep fried Indian snack, usually made with vegetables and spiced batter. Paneer Pakodas contain paneer with the spiced gram flour batter and these are healthy as they are made in waffle maker that uses less oil.
Pakoras are huge part of Indian street food. There are many vendors that serve them along with hot cup of masala chai or coffee.
The best time to eat them is during monsoon season or rainy weather when it is gloomy. The crunch bites along with sips or tea or coffee is everything you need to make your day better.

Serve it along with chai or coffee and garlic chutney.
Alternative ingredients:
You can skip the semolina and add rice flour to make it gluten free. You can alternatively use tofu to make it vegan.
Additional information:
We are using cilantro chili chutney in this recipe but you can choose to stuff the pakoda with any other filling or sauces.
Expert Tips:
Cook the waffles 5-7 minute on each side and flip them midway for extra crunch. Always make the batter so they don’t stick to the plates.
