Broccoli and Cheese Waffles are so easy to make. The are perfect to pack for school lunches or you can enjoy them for a quick snack. Broccoli is a tough vegetable as I know so many people do not like it. These waffles are going to hide the broccolis and no one will notice the taste. It can be served for lunches, snacks or appetizers. Top it off some shredded parmesan cheese and enjoy them right away.

Broccoli & Cheese Waffles
Broccoli and cheese reminds me of my childhood. I grew up eating this combo in variety of foods. Here I am sharing this delicious combination in the form of waffles . These turn out crispy from outside and soft and fluffy from inside and guess what my son did not even realize it had broccoli. I sent this for school lunch last week and he loved it. Tried this recipe it was yumm..can we replace all purpose flour with any other flour options ?
Thank you, you an use rice flour or whole wheat
Can parmesan be substituted with mozzarella?
Yes it can
Why do my waffles stick to the waffle maker even after spraying oil generously?
if batter is not thick enough it sticks also if you open it too early
Did you use cooked or raw broccoli? Thanks!
