Raw Mango is tangy and it is a staple in my house. We add it to our bhel or Mumbai Masala Chana as it adds volume, crunch and balances the sweet flavor by adding a tang.

This Kairi ki chutney or kache aam ki chutney can be made using just simple ingredients. You can use frozen raw mango if you can’t find the unripe mango at your grocery store.

We are using red chili, garlic and raw mango along with salt and water and I promise you will love how this chutney turns out. You can easily store the chutney in refrigerator for 7 days or freeze it for 6 months.
