After seeing variety of Boards trending all over the social media, I wanted serve Make your own Papad Board this Diwali. This Board includes several types of Papad that is served along with chutneys. You can go all creative with the number of Papads and chutneys you pick. The idea is to let you guests at the party dress their own Papad and enjoy it the way they like it.
This Papad Board is inspired by a restaurant in Mumbai called Masala Library where they served Papad platter as an appetizer. It would include few Papads and chutneys and the whole idea would be that these Papads would be conversation starter on the table. Over the years I noticed that every one likes Masala Papad the way they grew up eating and hence this board works so well.
We recently served this Board at a Diwali party and it was a huge hit. We went all crazy with different versions of Papads or Masala Papads we created. I tried included Khichiya Papad, Udad Papad and mini Papads. The chutneys were spicy, sweet, tangy and the onions and tomato mixture that is a must for this platter. Checkout complete information below and enjoy this Papad Board for your next Diwali part, Thanks giving party or any other holiday party.
