Railway Cutlet Waffle
Railway Cutlet or Train cutlet is a popular snack that has been offered for years on train journeys in India. It is loaded with vegetables and flavors. When I lived in India , we would visit my Naana and Naani who lived in Vadodara twice a year during our vacations. We would take train ride from Mumbai and the most exciting part about these rides was food. There was so much food that was offered on the train ride and one of my favorite was the Railway Cutlet. These crispy and delicious cutlets would taste amazing and you probably can’t find the same flavors anywhere else. Today I am sharing my spin on Railway Cutlet by making them in Waffle maker. There is no mess with the flavors so they taste as authentic as the original cutlets but yes the texture is lot more crispier. Checkout the recipe below and don’t forget to save and share
