Mango Tajin Toast
Breakfast Toast can be taken to the next level when it has mango on it. Mango is my favorite fruit and I love it any form. I grew up eating this fruit especially during summer months when mango was in season. Now that the summer months are almost over, I am trying to savor fresh mangos before they are gone. I have a fuss free mango recipe for you that will bring the tropical vibes to your plate. It tastes so delicious and a perfect snack to start or end your day. I enjoyed every bite of it and I am sure you will too. Don’t forget to tag me when you do make it.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of Sourdough bread
- 1 cup ricotta cheese or whipped ricotta
- 1 cup mango pieces diced into pieces
- 1/2 tsp tajin powder
- Salt as needed
- 1/4 cup almond slices
Instructions
- Whip Ricotta cheese in a food processor with a pinch of salt or you can use whipped ricotta cheese instead
- Toast sourdough bread in oven till it’s brown from both sides
- Apply 2 tablespoon of cheese on the toast
- Layer with mango pieces and sliced almonds on the toast
- Sprinkle the Tajin powder on toasted
