Holi Yogurt Bark is going to be your new favorite. Holi is a festival of colors and fun and I have created a recipe that you are going enjoy making. These Yogurt Barks are so delicious and guilt free. As temperatures are getting warmer everywhere, these snacks will come in handy. You can make them and freeze them ahead of time. They can be quickly made and don’t forget to be creative with these.

Holi Yogurt Bark | Festive Yogurt Barks

Holi Yogurt Barks are my new obsession. I like to eat a small bite of dessert after my dinner and these yogurt barks come in handy. They are high in protein and are fat free. They are low in carbs and make a perfect snack or dessert. I named them Holi as I made them look colorful using organic food colors. The candied fennel seeds gives so much flavors. I am sure you will love these. Checkout the recipe below.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp 2 food colors each can use fruit syrups
  • 1 tsp rose syrup
  • 1/2 cup blueberries and pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup candied fennel seeds
  • 1/4 cup edible flowers strands removed

Instructions
 

  • Layer Greek yogurt on a tray with parchment paper so it is easy to remove once frozen
  • Use drops of food colors and rose syrup and use a toothpick to form a design
  • Top it with your desired fruits
  • Sprinkle candies fennel seeds
  • Sprinkle edible Flowers
  • Freeze it for 2-3 hours
  • Cut the Barks and Enjoy or store in freezer
