Bateta nu Puran is so versatile and can be added to so many things. I like to make a batch in advance and use it several times over the week. The Puran comes together so quickly and has minimum ingredients. It can be added to sandwiches, toasts, wraps, parathas, Phyllo cups and lot more things. Save this recipe as I am sure it is something you will be making often.
