Crispy Indian Parmesan Crusted Potatoes. After seeing these trend all over TikTok, I wanted to make a desi version. We plan to serve them for Thanksgiving party this year. They are crispy from outside and soft from inside and they turned out perfect in the oven. The best part is that it requires less prep work. Be generous with the seasoning as potatoes are bland and they will absorb all the flavors. Try them for your next Holiday party or it can even be served for game day.
