Pan Fried Garlic Tofu
If you are looking for a tasty recipe that fits your diet schedule then you need to save this recipe. The kick from the red chilies and the combination with garlic is perfect to help the bland taste of the Tofu and when you pan fry it, everything comes together. This recipe is vegan and keto friendly and comes together very quickly.(Deseed the Chilies if you are looking for less spicy version)
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Tofu
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 dry red chilies soaked or 3 tsp red chili powder
- salt as needed
- 1 tsp vinegar
- water as needed
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Grind dry chilies/red chili powder, garlic cloves, salt, vinegar and add water as needed in to thick paste
- Drain water from Tofu and pan fry tofu on medium heat using Olive Oil
- Apply the paste when tofu is 1/2 cooked and let it cook on both sides and serve hot
