Recipe

Methi na Gota Waffles

Methi na Gota are also known as Methi Pakoras. These fritters are Gujarati snack made with fresh methi or fenugreek leaves. My mom makes them for late afternoon snack along with garam chai or coffee especially during monsoon season. They are sweet and spicy and super soft from inside.
I am sharing an easy recipe with all of you and yes these are made in a waffle maker. These turned out just way the gota does and tasted so delicious. In this recipe you must use fresh methi leaves for the right flavor. Make them during parties or enjoy them during rainy weather, I am sure you will love it.
