Cocktail Indian Pizza
Which is your favorite pizza? I love my authentic Amul Cheese wala Indian Pizza. It’s very rare to find the Indian Amul cheese Pizza at any restaurant in USA. We ate this pizza on the streets of India, at movie theaters, at restaurants and even birthday parties when we were growing up. Even today when we visit India, it is one thing that I must eat before leaving India. It requires minimum ingredients and most of it is store bought and when put together it tastes absolutely amazing and brings back all my childhood memories. We have tried to replicate the pizza at home million times and there is always something off but this time I have nailed it. It turned out so good that we wiped off entire plate. The cocktail version is perfect for entertaining, snack, game days, birthday parties and school lunches. If you are missing Indian pizza like me then you must try this recipe. Don’t forget to tag me when you make it.

Notes
- It is very important to bake the flatbread first as you want it crispy
- You can bake all the flatbreads ahead of time
- Any Indian ketchup works but I love Maggi or Kissan
- Chili sauce is a must, I used chings chili sauce, you can also add some green chilies for added spice
- When re baking the entire pizza please watch the cheese as you want it to slightly melt but not completely
