Air Fried Broccoli Bhajiyas

Rain = Bhajiyas or Pakoras. Do you agree?
It was pouring yesterday in New York city right when I was leaving work and all I could think of was Bhajiyas. As soon as I arrived home, I looked at my refrigerator to see what can I use to make bhajiyas and I saw the broccoli staring at me. I had never tried broccoli bhajiyas before and it was a good reason to experiment with it. I used Air Fryer and they turned out just perfect. They sure did hit the spot. My husband who had just finished work was surprised with these bhajiyas and both of us enjoyed them while we watched the rain come down from our window.
This is an easy recipe that will take 25 minutes from making it to enjoying them. The recipe is completely vegan and jain.
