Smashed Brussel Sprout Chaat is a healthy chaat. If you are looking for a low carb idea then you can replace the fried puri with oven roasted crispy Brussels Sprouts. They work perfectly well as a healthy alternative. Top it with chutneys, tomatoes and sev and trust me you will enjoy this guilt free chaat. I am planning to serve this for my next Super Bowl party. You can make these for Diwali parties or when you are entertaining next. It is also an easy snack to make when you are craving spicy and tangy food and need healthy option.
