S'mores Biscuit Sandwich
Did you know S'mores mean some more? Its national S'mores day today and I am presenting to you this delicious S'mores Biscuit Sandwich. I love the textures in this sandwich as the biscuits are light and flaky and the toasted marshmallows and melted chocolate taste perfect in between. When I first made this sandwich, I was not sure if I was going to like it as much as a regular S'mores but I was shocked that it tasted even better than regular S'mores. You can eat this for breakfast, snack or dessert and I promise you will want some more. My husband kept on asking for more and that is when I knew that it is a recipe worth sharing. Don't forget to tag me when you do make these!!!!!
- 1 can of ready to bake flaky biscuits
- 8 Ghirardelli Chocolate squares
- 1 cup vegan mini marshmallows
- 3 honey graham crackers
Once the biscuits are golden brown remove from the oven and let it cool
Split the biscuits in half
Grill marshmallows on a skewer on a stove top or a grill or you can place marshmallows on one side of biscuit and use a cooking torch to toast them till desired color
Place the marshmallows on one side of biscuit and quickly place the chocolate on top
Place the top portion of biscuit on the chocolate and enjoy it immediately
