
S'mores Biscuit Sandwich
Did you know S'mores mean some more? Its national S'mores day today and I am presenting to you this delicious S'mores Biscuit Sandwich. I love the textures in this sandwich as the biscuits are light and flaky and the toasted marshmallows and melted chocolate taste perfect in between. When I first made this sandwich, I was not sure if I was going to like it as much as a regular S'mores but I was shocked that it tasted even better than regular S'mores. You can eat this for breakfast, snack or dessert and I promise you will want some more. My husband kept on asking for more and that is when I knew that it is a recipe worth sharing. Don't forget to tag me when you do make these!!!!!
Ingredients
- 1 can of ready to bake flaky biscuits
- 8 Ghirardelli Chocolate squares
- 1 cup vegan mini marshmallows
- 3 honey graham crackers
Instructions
- Once the biscuits are golden brown remove from the oven and let it cool
- Split the biscuits in half
- Grill marshmallows on a skewer on a stove top or a grill or you can place marshmallows on one side of biscuit and use a cooking torch to toast them till desired color
- Place the marshmallows on one side of biscuit and quickly place the chocolate on top
- Place the top portion of biscuit on the chocolate and enjoy it immediately
