Saragva Nu Shak is one of my favorite dishes especially when I am craving something hearty. It is tangy, spicy and so delicious. The chickpea flour is cooked to perfection along with yogurt and water that adds sourness. The Saragva or Drumsticks has lots of nutrients and is high minerals like copper, zinc and magnesium. I love to cook them and split and eat the seeds from inside along with the Besan curry. The besan curry is also versatile, you can add so many other vegetable to this curry and make a perfect meal. Checkout the recipe below.

Saragva nu Shak / Drumstick Curry

Drumstick or Saragva is also called Moringa. It generally grows in subtropical region like South Asia. They are used to make sambhar or vegetable or curries. It is very difficult to find the fresh Drumsticks hence I use frozen version. I usually find them fresh during summer season. I am sharing a recipe of Chickpea flour (Besan) and Saragva nu shak that my mom made very often and it made a perfect hearty meal
