Gobi Parathas are so easy to make and they make a wholesome meal. They are also called Cauliflower parathas or Indian Flatbread. Made with simple masalas and whole wheat flour, these parathas are so nutritious. I like to pair them along with Raita and Pickle for the perfect combination. Traditionally Gobi Parathas are made with grated Cauliflower but in this recipe we are using Food Processor. It will help shorten the time. Pack them for school lunches and your kids will not know the cauliflower is hidden inside the parathas.

Gobi Ka Paratha

Stuffed Parathas are our go to meal especially during weeknight or lunches.  I love Gobi ka Parathas as it is healthy. When paired with Raita, it is a complete meal. We have veggies, carbs and protein from the raita. I love to make them ahead for school lunches or dinners. Every bite will bring so many flavors to you mouth and I promise you can’t eat just one. Checkout the recipe below and also check the videos on Instagram that will show you tips and tricks on how to stuff a paratha so it can be a uniform layer.
