Gobi Ka Paratha
Stuffed Parathas are our go to meal especially during weeknight or lunches. I love Gobi ka Parathas as it is healthy. When paired with Raita, it is a complete meal. We have veggies, carbs and protein from the raita. I love to make them ahead for school lunches or dinners. Every bite will bring so many flavors to you mouth and I promise you can’t eat just one.
