Khajoor and Anjeer Milkshake brings back so many childhood memories. My kaki who lived next door would always make us this milkshake early in morning. She always said that this milk is healthy and will give you lots of energy. This milkshake is sugar free and is perfect way to curb your hunger especially during fasting or Vrat.
It is rich in calcium, iron and fiber. There are so many health benefits and can be given to kids. It contains no Ice cream but this milkshake still turns out rich and creamy. If you are following Ramadan, doing Vrats like Ekadashi, Navratri or following Jain Paryushan, this milk shake can help curb the hunger and keep you full. I love how it tastes and I am sure you will too.
