Put Instantpot on sauté mode
Add Olive oil
Add onions and cook for few minutes
Add fresh crushed garlic
Add chopped green beans, peppers, carrots, celery
Cook for few minutes till veggies soften
Add tomato paste and cook for few minutes
Add whole peeled tomatoes and using the cooking spoon smash them
Add vegetable broth and adjust consistency and if needed add more water
Add small pasta
Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes as needed
Add fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs
Hit cancel button
Cover the lid and turn the whistle to sealing
Cook it on manual pressure for 6 minutes
Manually release the pressure once done
Take the sprigs out and adjust consistency if needed
Serve it hot with garnish of basil leaves, cheese
Serve along with toasted bread
