Wash, peel and dice apples into 1 inch pieces
Cook the apples on stove top with butter
Add sugar after few minutes
Let the water absorb
Mix 1 tsp of milk with saffron strands
Add cardamom powder, saffron milk mixture and cinnamon
Mix it and once water is absorbed , let it cook
Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit
Cut the thawed Paratha or puff pastry sheet in 1/2
Take one side and fold it into a samosa shape and stuff the apple filling in it
Seal the paratha into triangle shape
Continue to do that till all apple stuffing has been used
Place them on baking tray and then slit it from top using a knife and brush it with milk
Bake the apple strudels in the oven for 20-25 minutes or till crispy and brown
Take them out of the oven and sprinkle powdered sugar over it
Serve it along with ice cream or enjoy them by itself
