Desi Butter Board
Butter Boards are trending all over @tiktok and thanks to @justindoiron for starting this trend. I have seen so many versions of this board and was temped to to jump on this trend. Let’s make a Desi version of the Butter Board. I am totally adding this Board to my Diwali menu as I can see my guests drooling over it. This version is savory, sweet, spicy, crunchy and oh yes buttery. I have paired them with Mumbai Pav as @amulbutter and Pav are match made in heaven. Checkout the ingredients below

Cuisine Indian Fusion
- 1/2 cup salted Amul Butter
- 2 tablespoon tamarind dates chutney
- 2 tablespoon cilantro mint chutney
- 1 tablespoon garlic chutney
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon thin sev
- 1 tablespoon fried chana dal dal
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 6-8 warm Indian pavs
Start out with a parchment paper layered on the board that will help prevent being messy with the butter
Spread softened salted Amul butter on the paper
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and onions
Drizzle cilantro mint chutney and dates tamarind chutney
Drizzle garlic chutney over
Sprinkle thin sev and fried chana dal
Spring chaat masala
Garnish with chopped cilantro and pomegranate seeds
Serve with warm Pav and enjoy
