Handvo is one of my favorite Gujarati dish. I love it because it gives me a wholesome meal type of feeling. The balance of all the flavors and the crispy edges are to die for. Handvo can be made many different ways but I am sharing the recipe for quick 15 minute vegetable Handvo. In traditional Handvo they use Rice and Lentil flour but here we will use semolina. I promise you will love this recipe somuch that you will keep on making it often. It is also perfect for school lunch boxes as my little one loves this one.
