Khatto Meetho Tameta no Soup | Tomato Soup
Khatto Meetho Tameta no soup aka Gujarati style soup is worth trying. The taste is sweet and sour and so comforting. My favorite part about this soup is that it has no cream and thin and light. Mom always said that this soup gives you energy. The combination of jaggery, lime juice and salt is perfect way to replenish your electrolytes. You can skip jaggery if you don’t like sweet flavor. The tadka adds a good flavor to this soup. The cilantro brings it all together. Its so comforting and a must try for winter.
