- Cook the soaked dals and peas and cauliflower in an instant pot or pressure cooker for 20 minutes on high pressure 
- Chop all veggies and have it ready 
- In a wide pan, on medium heat melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic and let it sizzle 
- Add cumin seeds and hing powder and mix it well 
- Add chopped onions and cook the onions till translucent 
- Add chopped bell pepper and mix it and then add 1 cup of water 
- Now use a masher to mash the veggies while the water evaporates 
- Once mashed well, add tomatoes and peas and cauliflower and mash everything well 
- After 5 minutes once the veggies soften, add the dals and mash everything one more time 
- Add Pav bhaji masala, kashmiri chili powder and salt and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Add water if needed 
- Mix everything well and squeeze fresh lime juice 
- Garnish with cilantro and 1 tablespoon of Amul butter 
- Serve with chopped raw onions, lime wedges  and toast
