Roast the mamra in oil on low heat till they are crunchy (do not add anything to mamra)
Chop all veggies and have all ingredients ready before assembling
In a wide bowl mix mamra, 1/4 cup chana dal, 3-4 crushed puris, 1/2 cup sev, salt and chaat masala and mix it well
Add potatoes, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, green chilies, 1/4 cup raw mango
Sprinkle the sukhi Bhel chutney and squeeze lime juice and mix everything well
Garnish with additional sev, chana dal, cilantro, raw mango
Place 2 puris on top and serve immediately
