Vegetarian Sushi
All the sushi lovers out there, if you are craving one, you can enjoy them right away with an easy hack. My son craves sushi once a week and I love to meet his cravings by making them at home. With minimum ingredients, you can surprise your guests with best sushi ever. Checkout the recipe below and I am sure you will love itÂ

- 1/2 cup Sushi rice
- 3/4 cup of Water
- Ice cube tray
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 avocado sliced into pieces
- 1/2 cucumber sliced using peeled
- 8-10 pieces of seaweed
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce to serve
Cook the sushi rice as per package instructions and make sure they are cooked till the rice is sticky but not over cooked, it should take about 30 minutes
Make rice vinegar on stove heat vinegar, salt and sugar for 1 min and mix it and keep it on side
Once the rice is cooked, add the rice vinegar and mix it well
Grease the ice cube tray with little sesame oil
Layer it with avocado or cucumber or topping of your choice
Layer with rice and press it down
Then add pieces of seaweed and press it down
Place a plate on ice cube tray and flip it over and tap it down till you see everything flips over
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds and enjoy with soy sauce
