Soak the Broccoli in 3-4 cups of water for 20 minutes
Drain the Broccoli and dry it on a kitchen towel after 20 minutes
In a mixing bowl, add chick pea flour, semolina flour, salt, chili powder, fennel seeds, turmeric powder and hing powder
Add 1/4 cup of water and whisk it, if needed add more water but keep the batter thick for air frying, if frying on stove can make it less thick
Add the dried broccoli to the batter
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease the air frying or baking tray with oil spray
Lay the broccoli florets one by one separated on the tray
Spray more oil on top
Air fry for 15-20 minutes till they are crispy and brown
Sprinkle with chaat masala and squeeze lime juice
Serve immediately with ketchup or chutney
