Pan Fried Garlic Tofu

This recipe is vegan and keto friendly and comes together very quickly.(Deseed the Chilies if you are looking for less spicy version)

Ingredients
  

  • 200 Grams Tofu
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 dry red chilies soaked or 3 tsp red chili powder
  • salt as needed
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • water as needed
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind dry chilies/red chili powder, garlic cloves, salt, vinegar and add water as needed in to thick paste
    Pan Fried Garlic Tofu
  • Drain water from Tofu and pan fry tofu on medium heat using Olive Oil
  • Apply the paste when tofu is 1/2 cooked and let it cook on both sides and serve hot
