Crispy Air Fried Aloo Chaat
Even though I never follow Chaitra Navratri, I grew up with so many friends who followed it. During those 9 days they would crave to eat something spicy and tangy and what can hit those taste buds better than a chaat. So presenting to you all Crispy Airfried Aloo Chaat. This lip smacking chaat will leave you craving for more. You don’t even need a reason to make this chaat if you are someone like me. The crunch from potatoes and the yogurt and chutneys in one bite tastes like heaven on earth.

- 2 large potatoes 2 cups diced
- 1 tsp amchoor powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- rock salt as needed
- 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp tamarind dates chutney
- 2 tsp cilantro chutney
- water for boiling
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp chopped cilantro
Peel and boil potatoes in salted water
Take them out after they are half cooked and shock them with cold water and dry them well
Dice the potatoes
Preheat the Air Fryer or Oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Season them with red chili powder, amchoor powder, salt and black pepper powder
Coat them well with oil
Air Fry the potatoes in oven for 20 minutes or till the they are crispy
Prep yogurt by whisking it and add roasted jeera powder and salt
Lay crispy potatoes on a serving plate
Top with prepped yogurt
Top with cilantro chutney
Top with tamarind dates chutney
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds
Garnish with cilantro
