Boil potatoes, carrots and peas and mash them.
Heat olive oil on a pan on medium heat and then add cumin seeds. Once it sizzles add hing powder, chopped onions, green chillies, garlic and add little salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots, peas, shredded paneer and amchoor powder and mix it well and cook till the water is completely absorbed and you can form it into balls. Turn of the heat and let the mixture cool.
Form a paratha dough by using wheat flour, salt, olive and water. Dough should be not too soft and not too hard.
Roll the parathas to medium round shape and then place the mixture in middle then seal the parathas and roll it again and then cook the parathas on a flat bottom pan using amul butter.
