Paneer Butter Masala

Finally sharing my recipe for Paneer Butter Masala using the Makhani Sauce recipe. This recipe has been tried and tested number of times and it’s a big hit in our house. We paired it with Kawan Malaysian parathas that goes so well with this dish and makes it complete. My son loves this dish and licks his fingers whenever I make it.

Instructions
 

  • In a pan take the butter and add the ginger to it. Now add the Makhani sauce to it and let it boil for few minutes. Add the honey and kasoori methi and mix it well. If the gravy is too thin or it’s spicy then add the cream to it and let boil. Taste the sauce and adjust the salt if required.
  • Take out the paneer from the water or use the fried paneer and add it to the gravy. Let it cook for few minutes till the paneer softens and turn off the stove.
  • Can garnish with more butter and cream.
  • Serve immediately

Notes

You can fry the paneer and keep them aside. I usually don’t like to fry the paneer so I skip this part. If not frying paneer soak paneer cubes in warm water.
