Mag ni chutti Dal is a dry dal and it is my favorite Dal especially when paired with Ras, Fajeto or Kadhi. This dal comes together in 15 minutes after the soaking and tastes so delicious. It only requires minimum ingredients and will give you all the comforting vibes. During jain paryushan or tithi, this Dal is made to replace vegetable and it can also work well as a side dish in a Thali.
