Mini Shrikhand Bites
Last weekend I hosted a Diwali lunch and I served these bites for dessert. I wanted to serve something quick and light as people are full after eating a full course meal and this dessert definitely served the purpose. The shrikhand can be made ahead of time and you can give it desired flavor. I flavored mine with kesar strands. I got the athens foods phyllo shells to serve the shrikhand from amazon. The pomegranate enhances the flavors and brings it all together.
