Tota Keri Chaat | Raw Mango Chaat
Kachi Keri or Toto Keri Chaat reminds me of my school days. We had a lady who would sit outside our school and she would have Raw Mango, Bor, Star Fruit and Fresh Fennel Seeds. It would be so much fun to get out of school and relish on these yummy mango bites that would taste spicy, tangy and salty. I am sharing this quick idea that you can make during this summer and enjoy the raw mangos. Checkout the recipe below and trust me once you take a bite of one you won’t stop.

- 1 Raw Mango
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
Cut the Raw Mangoes in to pieces or slices
Mix salt, black salt and red chili powder
Place the Raw Mango into the salt and chili powder mix and rub it together
Enjoy them right away
