The Oli is followed twice a year and both occur during seasonal changes. The scientific reason for the Oli is to detoxify the body and meditate to give benefits to mind, body and soul.

- 1/2 cup yellow moong dal soaked in water for few hours
- Balwan Salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp hing powder asafetida
Soak the moong dal for few hours
One the dal is soft, drain the water and add salt, black pepper powder and hing powder
Grind it in a blender jar and add water if needed to form a thick batter
Turn on the waffle maker and let it heat
Pour the batter in the waffler maker and let it cook
After 7 minutes, open and flip the waffle
Cook for another 7 minutes
Serve the waffles with Dalia ni Chutney
