Raw/Green Mango Chutney (Kache Aam ki Chutney)
Raw Mango chutney is a spicy and tangy Indian accompaniment made using raw mangoes along with few other ingredients. This chutney can be served along with your papad board furthermore it can be paired with parathas, crackers or even namkeen. We are using red chili, garlic and raw mango along with salt and water. I promise you will love how this chutney turns out. You can easily store the chutney in refrigerator for 7 days or freeze it for 6 months.

- 1 cup raw mango diced into pieces
- 1 dry red whole chili
- Salt as needed
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves of garlic
In a jar add the raw mango pieces diced
Add the Red chili whole
Add salt as needed and garlic cloves
Add water only as needed
Grind it into thick paste and serve
