Take the Puff Pastry or Kawan Parathas out of the freezer and leave it inside the fridge overnight or on your countertop for few hours
Chop tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, garlic, green chilies and ginger and have it ready
Shred the paneer and have it ready
In a wide pan heat oil on medium heat
Add cumin seeds and let it sizzle, now add chopped onions, green chilies, bell peppers, ginger and garlic and cook for few minutes
Once it softens add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, amchoor powder, pav bhaji masala and mix it well
Add tomatoes and cook them for few minutes and mash them a little
Once the oil is released add the shredded paneer and mix everything well and turn off the heat after few minutes
Sprinkle Kasoori methi and chopped cilantro and mix it
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Faranheit
Take out the thawed Kawan paratha or puff pastry and cut into half
Place the Bhurji mixture in the middle of the paratha
Using some water lift the parathas and roll the parathas to form a cone
Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle Kalonji on them
Bake them at 350 degrees Faranheit for 25 minutes or till they are medium brown on all sides
Serve them along with ketchup
