Mix Veg Tofu Sabji

Ingredients

cup
firm tofu cut into pieces
1/4
cup
chopped onions
1
cup
chopped cabbage
1/4
cup
chopped bell peppers
1/4
cup
chopped broccoli
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro
Salt as needed
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
mustard seeds
1/4
tsp
asafetida powder
1
and 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1
tsp
cumin coriander powder
1
and 1/2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a wide pan on medium heat
Once it’s hot, add mustard seeds and asafetida powder and let it sizzle
Add chopped onions and mix veggies and mix it well
Now add salt and red chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin coriander powder
Add tofu and mix everything well with light hand and simmer on low heat
After 5 minutes add tomatoes and mix again till water is absorbed
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve it along with rice or chapati
