Zaatar is a middle eastern spice that is made with sumac, sesame seeds, marjoram, oregano, thyme and salt. This spice can be easily made at home but to makes things easy I buy a store bought. When I recently tried the Zaatar spice paratha, it was a huge hit and I knew it was worth sharing. The spice blend combined with chili flakes is perfect way to flavor the parathas.
