Vegan Tandoori Pinwheels

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 to rtillas
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon grated garlic
  • 1 cup firm tofu cubes
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tofu and cut them in cubes
  • In a bowl take vegan cream cheese, add peppers, 1/4 cup onions, 1/4 cup cilantro, green chilies, ginger and garlic
  • Add the spices except chaat masala and tofu pieces and mix everything well
  • Take a tortilla and layer with 2 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture, sprinkle some onions, cilantro and chaat masala
  • Roll the tortillas and refrigerate for an hour
  • Cut them into pieces and enjoy with chutney or just by itself
